At Simplon Maghreb (JobinTech Bootcamp), I trained as a backend developer with Laravel/PHP as my core stack, complemented by Angular on the frontend. My coursework covered Laravel fundamentals in depth — Eloquent ORM, Policies, Soft Deletes, Form Requests, Sanctum authentication, queues/jobs, and testing with Pest — alongside an introduction to Angular, Docker, and broader DevOps concepts. I built several projects during the program, including CandidatureTracker and DevTrack, and capped it off with my soutenance (final presentation) on FreelanceScope, presented to my trainer Merradou Abderrahmane. Alongside the technical curriculum, I was also job-seeking and building my professional presence on LinkedIn, and started taking on early freelance web development clients toward the end of the bootcamp.
